Alkaline washing liquid is an effective cleaning agent that destroys moss, algae, lichen, and mold from tile roofs, stone surfaces, and other building materials. Its high pH value (typically 10–14) breaks down organic growths and prevents their reoccurrence.

🔹 Use and application of alkaline washing liquid

1. Surface preparation

2. Dilution and application

✔️ Medium strength washing solution: 1:3 – 1:5 (1 part detergent, 3–5 parts water).

✔️ Let it act for 15–60 minutes depending on the thickness of the growth.

3. Rinse and re-treat if necessary
